Tried all the diets ? All of us, at some point in our lives decide that we want to have a different body shape. We may want to lose a few pounds or more. We may decide that we need to put on weight. Many of us turn to diets. Diets are a multi million pound industry. There are many many types of diets. Some are based on calorie counting, some on keeping different food groups apart at meals and others on substitute drinks or meals. All of them have one thing in common, because they are called diets , they tend to imply a temporary process. healthy and appropriate. You will be given a self hypnosis tape
for you to listen to in between sessions. The tape helps motivate you to
